Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LaunchReach.ai ("LaunchReach," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2371 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11229, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, and services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of LaunchReach, and information from services you choose to connect.
- Account and profile data: name, email address, workspace information, authentication information, and preferences.
- Billing data: subscription status, plan, invoices, and payment-related metadata. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by LaunchReach.
- Campaign and CRM data: lead records, company information, campaign settings, message templates, delivery events, reply classifications, notes, and related outreach data you upload or create.
- Connected mailbox data: OAuth tokens or other credentials, mailbox identifiers, message metadata, email content needed for requested features, thread information, labels/read state, sent-message information, and reply/bounce signals.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, logs, error information, feature usage, and security events.
2. Google User Data
If you connect a Google or Gmail account, LaunchReach accesses only the Google data needed to provide the features you request. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include your Google account identity, Gmail message and thread data, mailbox metadata, labels/read state, and the ability to send email from your connected Gmail account.
How we use Google data
- Connect and authenticate your Gmail mailbox.
- Send campaign emails and user-initiated replies from the mailbox you connect.
- Display relevant inbox conversations inside LaunchReach's Unibox.
- Detect replies, bounces, and message status needed for campaign analytics and CRM workflows.
- Mark or update message state when you use corresponding inbox features.
- Provide AI-assisted drafting, classification, or reply features when you request or enable them.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and keep the connected-mailbox experience reliable.
How Google data is stored
OAuth credentials and tokens may be stored in encrypted form so LaunchReach can maintain the connection you authorized. We may also store limited message metadata, campaign-related reply information, and temporary or cached mailbox data needed to provide the service efficiently and reduce unnecessary API calls.
How Google data is shared
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising. We may disclose or process Google data through service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate requested LaunchReach functionality, maintain security, comply with law, or protect users and the service.
For example, when you use an AI-assisted feature, relevant message or campaign content may be sent to our contracted AI service provider solely to generate the requested draft, classification, or response. Hosting, database, monitoring, and security providers may also process limited data as necessary to operate LaunchReach.
AI and training
LaunchReach does not use Google user data to train LaunchReach general-purpose AI models. AI-assisted processing is used to provide features requested by the customer, such as drafting or classifying messages.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide and improve LaunchReach, authenticate users, operate campaigns, deliver inbox and CRM features, process subscriptions, provide customer support, monitor performance, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and communicate service-related information.
4. Legal and Responsible Outreach
LaunchReach is intended for lawful business communications. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their lead data, campaign content, consent practices, and outreach activities comply with laws and provider policies that apply to them.
5. Service Providers and Third Parties
LaunchReach may use third-party providers for infrastructure, database hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics, monitoring, customer support, and AI functionality. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their contracted services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.
When you connect a third-party service such as Google, your use of that service also remains subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ by data type. Cached mailbox data may be refreshed, replaced, or removed as part of normal service operation.
7. Disconnecting Google and Deleting Data
You can revoke LaunchReach's Google access at any time through your Google Account's connected-app permissions. You may also contact LaunchReach to request deletion of your account or connected-service data. After a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify applicable data from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, security, backup, and recordkeeping obligations.
Revoking Google access stops future authorized Google API access, but it may not automatically delete all LaunchReach account records or historical campaign records that must be retained for legitimate operational or legal purposes. You may separately request deletion of those records where applicable.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include access controls and encryption for sensitive connected-mailbox credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and devices.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or other treatment of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
10. Children's Privacy
LaunchReach is a business service and is not directed to children under 13 or to anyone below the minimum age required to use the service in their jurisdiction.
11. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use Google user data, we will update our disclosures and any required notices before using the data in the new manner.
